Rates for groups and events
Our rates include use of the entire Balzsam Apartment House: 8 apartments of 30–35 m² each, a 65 m² lounge, courtyard parking for 12 cars and the landscaped garden. Men’s and women’s toilets next to reception can also be used. We guarantee that no other guests will be staying at the same time.

Payment information
A 50% deposit by bank transfer is required to confirm a booking.

If a booking is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited, but it can be used for a change of dates until the end of the same year.
Guests are required to pay for the full stay after arrival. Once the full price has been paid, we cannot refund it in the event of any cancellation.

General information
- Guests who have not registered in advance may not stay at the property or use its parking spaces.
- On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10 am, hand in your keys and drive out of the enclosed car park. For later departures we charge 50% of the current room rate.
- Smoking and open flames are not permitted anywhere on the property.
- We provide bed linen and weekly cleaning. Please do not take room items (blankets, bed linen, towels, etc.) to the spa.
- The parking area at the property is not guarded.
- Treatments at the spa are subsidised by Hungarian national health insurance (TB).
